15 minutes of free internet so a short blog
I am in Rome. I have been hanging out and playing bilingual Taboo. And been to the Spanish steps, Trevi Fountain, St. Peters Basilica, bought new red boots, ate a gelato, planning for when mom and dad come and just having a blast. I have again taken a million and one pictures and hopefully when I get back to Milan I can revive my computer and send them to you guys. Until then, Ciao.

Glad you are doing well and living it up in Rome. You should venture over to the Campo di Fiore (not too far from the Piazza Navona and the Pantheon). My hotel was right off the Campo. In the mornings it has a fresh food market and in the evenings it is overrun with street musicians and students drinking alcohol out of paper bags. It would be a great place to hang out and people-watch.
And speaking of the Pantheon: if you are lucky enough, try to go there while it is raining to watch it rain inside.
Take care.
Joe
Rome sounds like a dream but I remember it so well. Hope you can get to the catacombs- something to see. Weren't you in awe in the Chapel? Have a good time and I hope the job works out for you. If not come home - B. Geller and Sons must miss you. We all miss you and love you. Grammy
Ahhh, Roma! Isn't it wonderful. So much to see and experience. We stayed at the Bernini Bristol Hotel and saw everything we could possibly see. If you can, go to the Capitoline Museum, oldest museum, opened in 1471.
Also, I hope your mom has requested tickets to the Pope's audience from her priest. It takes a long time to get the paperwork going, so she needs to start now, if she hasn't already.
I also have a 4 hour walking tour through Rome, that I will get to her. It's amazing.
Have a wonderful time, and post some pictures.
Love you and miss you! Aunt Kay
