My schedule

OK, Jeff this is for you. I am bad at explaining things with writing but here goes. I have to help with the children from 7-9ish. I drop them off on my way to school, where I am learning Italian. Then I pick the children up at 4 and take care of them until their parents get home at 6ish and help out until 8ish or after dinner which tends to be later. But in Italy people seem to work from whenever they get to work until they feel like leaving. It is all very lax and people do kind of whatever they want. Does this help?

Sounds like you're having fun and starting to develop some routine. I bet, with your teacher not speaking any English, that you'll pick up some passable Italian quickly!
Love you, keep these blogs coming!

It's Friday, so I'm wondering if you and the family are going to the Italian beach home or do you have the weekend off?
The kids are adorable and the architecture looks amazing.
I thought I'd pull out my favorite reference book (1000 Places to See Before You Die) and see what you need to check out. You've already done #1 Il Duomo, next is The Last Supper in the Santa Maria delle Grazie, then the La Scala Opera House, then Via Montenapoleone. When you do go and see the "golden triangle" please post pictures of the window displays so we can see what we the fashion forward are wearing in Milan. Have fun and keep posting, Love, Aunt Kay
